If you have placed an order with SaltyMoonDog.com, but it hasn't been delivered yet you can track your order though this -> Tracking System.

For any other concerns with your order please email Support. Include any order details you can, and if possible, the order number from the order confirmation that was sent to you from us when you ordered your item. 

NOTE: Since all of our transactions and business take place digitally, we do most all of our communication digitally. Email is the best way to reach us and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 2 business days).
