  1. How can I track my order?

  2. Can I return or exchange an item?
    • Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, but only if it is a product quality issue. Please visit our "Refund Policy" page for more details.

  3. How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
    • The level of customization in your order will vary the time it takes to get to you. Your order will get shipped within 2-15 business days of ordering. Most items will ship on the lower end of that range, with the possible exception during peak times (such as Christmas). Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product. Typically, our standard shipping takes 5-7 business days (with the US). 

  4. How much is shipping?
    • Shipping costs vary based on your order value. To calculate your exact shipping costs add all the items in your cart and proceed to shipping information. You will not be charged at that point. It will calculate the exact shipping amount for you.

  5. Do you ship worldwide?
    • No, we are only able to ship within the Continental US and Canada.

  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
